submitted by Jackson W. - |Recommended: YesGood place if you don't really care about the quality much. — Started living here in August 2022. The apartment looked like it hadn't been cleaned in over a year when I moved in, so I had to spend my weekend getting it up to living standards. The walls aren't very thick, you can often hear sounds coming from the hall or above or below your floor. The windows are single-pane, so it gets cold often. Thankfully, the electric bills are usually pretty low if you use heating sparingly. However, since electricity is separate from the lease, you have to make a profile with RMP so management doesn't tack on 50 bucks for paying the bill for you. Laundry is on-site but coin-operated. Beats going to the laundromat. Management was unbelievably disorganized for the first few months. It was not until October that I got a fob that unlocked the front door. Since then, however, they have hired a new team that has significantly improved the operations here, so that's a definite plus. The main reasons why this place is good is the location and size. This complex is located right next to the stadium station, so you can get anywhere pretty easily. It may only be because I got a corner room, but the units themselves are pretty spacious. They have fully furnished kitchens that have all of the appliances you would need except maybe a toaster and hot water is almost always available. Plenty of storage as well, there are two closets in the hall and one in each room. Since I am only really in my room or the kitchen, I don't care much about the quality as long as it isn't like it was during move-in. Definitely better than a lot of places that will offer the same rate for worse conditions.

For example, we asked them if it's possible to upgrade to a 2 bedroom apartment after having a newborn, my husband and I are busy so we want to save the trouble to move to other places. They promised us an apartment, and we kept asking them to send us a new lease doc so we can settle it down, I cannot remember how many times I went to office and they just say they are still working on this, after 3 weeks they suddenly told us the only 2b has rent to some else.. .. what hurts me more is they never came and apologize anything to me. Another thing here, I submitted a work order wanting to change the broken bedroom window blinds since it affects my baby's sleep, but the work order just be marked as COMPELETE with no one even come take a look for 3 times Also not responding to my email and office visit. I feel really be slighted in these interactions.

submitted by Alexis G. - |Recommended: YesIt’s great — Accommodating, mostly quite, and good people.
response from property -Thank you for the review, Alexis! With us being newly renovated, one of the charms of this building is the thick walls to help noise control. We're glad that you're enjoying your stay.

It is very quiet and the amenities are great and always clean. I plan on staying here throughout my next couple years of college because there just is no place like this
response from property -Thank you Isabella! We greatly appreciate the feedback as well as having you here. You arrived during a very unique year for everyone and we look forward to being able to present you with an even greater resident experience to come!
submitted by Ethan D. - |Recommended: YesI think it's fine and follows what I expected. — People can get loud at night
response from property -Thank you for the feedback Ethan. We understand with so many in one building it can be an issue from time to time. If you ever have an issue with noise after hours please fee free to call the after-hours maintenance line and we will make every effort to address it at the time it is an issue, and thank you for choosing to stay with us through 2022!
submitted by Samantha M. - |Recommended: YesHappy — It's great, the staff is very friendly and helpful.

submitted by Ethan P. - |Recommended: YesHelpful and friendly staff, good price, bad parking. — Downsides, windows, and bathroom fixtures are cheap, and parking can be a nightmare. Other than that the building is great. Good location, the staff is always helpful and nice and when something does eventually break maintenance is fast Good heating cooling as well.
response from property -Thank you for your feedback Ethan! While we have done much to update the interiors, electrical and plumbing systems, the windows are a project that is not only ahead of us, but intended to be done. We understand parking is limited not only onsite but in the area in general. We are often on a waitlist for parking on-site, but if you are interested in getting on it, I am sure you will get a space no later than the start of your renewal. Please don't hesitate to let us know if you have any issues with your bathroom fixtures. As you were so kind to point out, our maintenance team will respond promptly to help you. Thank you again for choosing to continue to make us your home!

submitted by Conner G. - |Recommended: YesIt is pretty nice. — It is expensive but the location to the university is nice, the parking outside is nice and worth the 35 dollars because parking on the street is hard to find. the rooms are decent sizes and the maintenance people are nice and do good work. you can hear other apartments next you and above or below you especially if they have dogs.
response from property -Thank you! We look forward to continuing to provide you with excellent 24/7 maintenance.
